1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Vault International Assurance and Trust ("Vault IAT", "we", "us"), Neue Mainzer Strasse 57, 60311 Frankfurt am Main, Hessen, Germany. Contact us at care@vaultinternational.finance or 069 35 85 34.

2. Eligibility and registration

Membership is open to adults aged 18 or over who live in Europe, the United States or Canada. You must give true, complete identity details. Every registration is reviewed and must be approved by us before you can use the account. We may refuse or close an account where details cannot be verified.

3. Signing in and security

You sign in with your email and password, then confirm with a secure link sent to your email. Keep your password and email account private. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4. Your account and balance

• Each member receives an account number and bank code on registration.
• Your balance and transaction history are shown in your dashboard.
• We may correct entries made in error and will show the correction in your history.

5. Transfers

• Transfers between Vault accounts are free and instant for every member.
• Transfers to outside bank accounts need Gold or Platinum membership.
• Membership fees you pay are added to your account balance.
• We may delay or refuse a transfer to prevent fraud or meet legal duties.

6. Trading

Crypto-asset prices change quickly and you can lose money. Trades settle against your balance at the price shown when you confirm. Nothing on this site is investment advice.

7. Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by contacting customer care. We may close or suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
