What we collect

• Contact details: email address, phone number and profile picture.
• Account data: balance, transfers, linked outside bank accounts and trades.
• Support messages you send us and technical sign-in data.

Why we use it

• To open and run your account (contract).
• To check identity and prevent fraud and money laundering (legal obligation).
• To keep the service secure and answer your questions (legitimate interest).

Who can see it

Sensitive identity details are visible only to our authorised staff. We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, or with authorities when the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep account and transaction records for as long as the law requires, usually up to ten years after your account closes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, and object to or limit how we use it. Write to care@vaultinternational.finance. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
